The ReachUC app allows you to interact with the CloudTalk Pro PBX through an intuitive and familiar interface. The keypad screen offers easy access to make calls, check voicemail, view contacts, as well as send and receive SMS text messages. When making a call or sending a text, there is no need to divulge your personal cell phone number, the CloudTalk Pro platform provides your caller with your business phone number instead.
The ReachUC app gives you the ability to place callers on hold, perform attended or blind transfers, and supports conference calling. ReachUC your true unified communications application, and even support video calling. The video calling option allows users to make a video call to any other CloudTalk Pro user that also has ReachUC. The ReachUC app supports presence – and the ReachUC panel shows you the status of other CloudTalk Pro users and if they are available, busy or offline … in real time.
