Software Support Agreements

All Intelligence Tracking System purchases include 90days of free technical support.  Customers requiring support after this initial offering, may do so by purchasing a software support agreement.  Software support agreements include not only a year of licensing and free unlimited phone support but also all ITS software upgrades released during the activated contract period.  ITS Software Support Agreements may be purchased by calling (815)423-2073. 

Customers allowing their 90 day free technical support to expire prior to purchasing a Software Support Agreement will be subject to a 30 day delay in the activation of their Software Support Agreement.

Customers not choosing to purchase a software support agreement may obtain support from the ITS Support Team on a per call basis.  Please call (815)423-2073 and ask for technical support - This service is available at the rate of $49.95 per 30 minutes, with a maximum of $149.85 per incident.  ITS maintenance upgrades will be available also on a per upgrade basis - rates will vary.
